Corris Craft Centre, Wales Cymru

Sadly the Corris Craft Centre is now closed. Wales has a 2 week Firebreak Lockdown to help to curb the spread of Covid-19 and, in line with Government instructions, all of the businesses are now closed.  Some will hopefully reopen on Friday 13th November.

Things will be a little different, please view our Covid-19 Coronavirus statement for details. However, rest assured that the quality craftsmanship, warm welcome and beautiful surroundings will be as wonderful as always.

At Corris Craft Centre you’ll find a great collection of shops, award winning attractions and activities to keep the whole family entertained for hours. There's free parking and free WIFI available in the café too.

Situated in Southern Snowdonia in Mid Wales the Corris Craft Centre boasts 9 individual Craft Studios – which are octagonal shaped pods bursting with creativity – where you can meet the talented designer-makers and buy their handmade items. Perfect for finding a special something, inspired by, and handmade in Wales. There’s lots of opportunities for hands-on fun too, a surprisingly great way to unwind and have some fun with your own clever creations to take home.

“We’ll definitely visit again and spend a full day next time.”

Corris Craft Centre is also home to some uniquely different visitor attractions. You’ll need to venture deep in the mountains, and through a waterfall, to enter the magical world of King Arthur’s Labyrinth. Also hidden within the densely wooded mountains is an abandoned Welsh slate mine full of old relics and mining stories – you can explore it and feel it come to life with Corris Mine Explorers.

Back above ground you’ll stumble across a vibrant Welsh food and drink shop. At Bwtri y Crochan, The Larder in English, you will find shelves of mouth-watering produce. A great place for Luxury Welsh Food and Drink Gift Hampers.

And, at the centre of everything is the Y Crochan café. Serving freshly ground coffee, Welsh tea, home made cakes and an all-day menu which is created using delicious local produce. There’s also a small children’s play area and picnic tables in the gardens.

We're also right in the middle of the Mach Loop - a low level training area for fast jet aircraft. Enjoy our new aircraft display and you may spot some fast jets in the skies above too.

Come and make a day of it, entry to the Corris Craft Centre is free and there’s free all day parking too.
