Corris Craft Centre Studios

At this time of year the designer-makers have a well earned rest and reduce their opening times. Please see their individual pages on this website for details. Many open Wednesdays to Sundays whilst others open on the weekends only.

Entry to the Craft Studios is free, you can browse, see the designer-makers and buy their hand made wares. The hands-on and fun sessions are available in many of the studios, it's best to book these popular sessions in advance.

King Arthur’s Labyrinth

King Arthur's Labyrinth is now closed and will re-open on Saturday 24th March 2018.

Celebrate the Welsh Year of Legends with an underground adventure into King Arthur's Labyrinth. Regular boats sail into the Labyrinth between 10am and 4.45pm (last boat leaves reception).Open daily until 5th November 2017.

The underground adventure is very popular and boats get quickly booked. You can book online up to the day before you wish to visit.

The Labyrinth adventure is underground so please wear warm clothes (even on a scorching hot day!).

Open all year round, Corris Mine Explorers offers a choice of underground trips:

Taster Trip: Adult £12.50 Child £8.50 (minimum age 8)
2 hour Mine Discovery Trip: £27 (minimum age 10)
Half Day Mine Expedition: £52 (minimum age 13)

The underground caverns have a cool year-round temperature of 8º so please wrap up warm. Also be warned, this is an authentic, untouched slate mine – you may get dirty and there’s usually a few puddles of water so be sure to wear a few pairs of thick socks. We can lend you a pair of wellies if you don't have any...
